River Park South is an established, family-oriented suburb in southeast Winnipeg, part of the larger St. Vital area and bordered by the Seine and Red Rivers. It's known for quiet residential streets, an unusually generous amount of parkland, and one of the city's largest community centres. The neighbourhood grew outward over several decades, so housing ranges from 1970s-80s bungalows in the north to newer, larger homes toward the Perimeter Highway.
